Meet Linda – Yoga Instructor & Healing Practitioner
Linda sees herself as a continual work in progress—a lifelong learner always ready to embrace a new challenge. Over the past 25 years, her journey has taken her to England, Costa Rica, California, and Washington, D.C., where she has lived, worked, and studied. Now, she’s delighted to be back in her native Massachusetts, raising her family with her husband in the state where they were both born and raised.
Linda always knew she was meant to work in the healing profession. For over a decade, she supported others' well-being through her work as a physician assistant, a role she continued even after becoming a mother. Although she is not currently practicing clinically, she maintains her PA license and is exploring meaningful ways to combine her medical experience with her passion for guiding others through transformational change.
Yoga has been a constant in Linda’s life for the past 20 years. She first discovered the practice in California while in graduate school and still remembers the feeling of flow and connection during her very first class. Over time, yoga has become more than just a physical discipline—it has offered Linda a path back to her creative, playful, and athletic self, even amid the many roles she juggles as a healthcare provider, mother, wife, sister, and daughter.
Yoga has been a vital tool for Linda in cultivating strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. It has helped her access deep personal healing, rediscover her sense of peace, and stay active enough to coach her daughter’s soccer team and feed a growing love of tennis. She sees yoga as a way to “empty her bucket so it can truly be filled”—allowing her to give to others from a place of true balance and wellness.
Linda is now thrilled to share the gift of yoga with others.. Her classes are playful yet challenging, and always allowing space for students to take what they need from class. She believes that sometimes just making it to the mat is the hardest part—and the truest act of showing up for yourself and, in turn, for others.
When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find Linda walking her dogs in the woods, gardening, cheering on her kids at games with her husband, playing tennis, or tucked away in her office at Holistic Healing working on her long-time dream of writing a novel.
